Amex Troubleshooting and Support
- American Express no long supports the Amex Business app, so you will have to upload receipts and input notes using the Web Browser.

- To modify transactions from the previous pay period, you will have to click on "View Preview Activity". To modify transactions in the current pay period click "View All" under "Recent Transactions" (see screenshot at the bottom of this article)
- If you are having issues on your phone, then try to login using a computer.
- If you experience an issue on the computer, try a different web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc)
